1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using DM My Link ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
DM My Link allows Instagram Business and Creator account holders to automate direct messages in response to comments on their posts. You connect your Instagram account via Meta's official API, set trigger words and message content, and we send DMs when comments match your triggers.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and have the authority to enter into these Terms. You must have an Instagram Business or Creator account in good standing with Meta. Your use of the Service is subject to Meta's Platform Terms, Commercial Terms, and other applicable policies.
4. Account and Payment
You must create an account and provide accurate information. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. Subscription fees are billed in advance. You authorize us to charge your payment method via Stripe. Refunds are handled per our refund policy.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Violate Meta's Platform Terms, Instagram Terms of Use, or Community Guidelines
- Send spam, misleading content, or harassing messages
- Use the Service for illegal purposes
- Attempt to circumvent rate limits or security measures
- Reverse engineer, scrape, or misuse the Service
We may suspend or terminate your account for violations.
6. Intellectual Property
DM My Link and its content are owned by us. You retain ownership of your content. You grant us a license to use your content (e.g., trigger words, DM text) to provide the Service.
7. Disclaimers
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE UNINTERRUPTED SERVICE, AND META MAY CHANGE OR RESTRICT THE INSTAGRAM API AT ANY TIME, WHICH COULD AFFECT THE SERVICE.
8. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, OR FOR LOSS OF PROFITS OR DATA. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM.
9. Termination
You may cancel your subscription at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account for breaches of these Terms or for any other reason. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases.
10. Changes
We may update these Terms. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance. We will notify you of material changes by email or through the Service.
